Refunds & Returns

We understand how important this purchase is to you and are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, all our rings are covered by a 30 day returns policy.

 

Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, the ring simply needs to be returned with the supplied ring box, unused and undamaged.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned ring, and will be issued back to your original payment account. If the ring or ring box is returned in a non-resalable condition, a partial refund will be issued.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at contact@proposalring.co.uk with details of your purchase to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and details of the ring you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping your ring back to us, you will need to:

• Package the ring securely to prevent damage during transit.

• Include the ring and the ring box.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Rings

Fortunately this has never happened, but in the unlikely case that your ring arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@proposalring.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue promptly. 

 

Legal Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel orders made online under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For cancellations, you have 14 days from the receipt of goods to notify us.
